Yes. Gobeklitepe and the Sanliurfa museums are on day 6. Karahantepe, Sogmatar, Bazda and Harran are visited on day 7.
Does the last southeast day include Halfeti?
Yes. Visit Halfeti village, take the Euphrates boat trip, and explore Zeugma Mosaic Museum and Gaziantep city stops. It is a long day: about 1.5 hours from Sanliurfa to Gaziantep, then about two hours each way to Halfeti, followed by sightseeing and the airport transfer.
