On day 1, fly to Izmir and transfer to Kusadasi. There is no guided tour that day. Once you have checked in, rest or explore the town on your own.
Day 2 starts with breakfast and an early drive to Pamukkale. See the white terraces and Hierapolis, then return to your Kusadasi room. Allow about 2.5 hours on the road each way.
On day 3, check out and take your bags to the Ephesus tour. Visit the ancient city, the House of the Virgin Mary and the Temple of Artemis. Continue to Izmir airport for your flight and hotel transfer back in Istanbul.
