Flights, luggage and airport pickups

Only the domestic flight sectors listed in your selected itinerary are included. Check both airports, the flight date and whether the airport transfers are also listed.

Your issued ticket gives the baggage allowance and check-in conditions for that flight. If you are comparing a road-based itinerary with a flight-based one, consider the whole transfer day as well as the flight time.

Yes, unless a written offer expressly includes international flights. Check that your arrival and departure work with the first and last services of the tour before purchasing tickets.

Send the flight numbers, airports and local dates for booked transfers. Be careful with overnight flights: the arrival date can be different from the date you leave home.

The carrier depends on the available route and schedule for your travel date. Your flight documents identify the airline and airports, so check those details rather than assuming every sector uses the same company.

Tell us in advance if an airline preference affects your decision. Istanbul’s IST and SAW airports are separate and need different transfer arrangements.

A morning flight can leave enough time for sightseeing after arrival. The transfer also needs to allow for the journey to the airport, check-in and security before departure.

Read the first day carefully if early starts are difficult for you. Arriving in the destination the evening before may be a more comfortable option, with an extra night to price separately.

Follow the meeting instructions in your travel documents. They identify the terminal, exit or pickup point and the contact to use if you cannot find the driver. Airport procedures can differ, so do not rely on a generic meeting description.

Keep your flight number current and have the contact details accessible after landing, including when mobile internet is unavailable.
