Planning and booking on the website

The trip planner uses your dates, travel party and preferences to suggest a day-by-day route from the available services. You can ask for changes and compare the resulting itinerary.

Review the proposal carefully before booking, including travel days and inclusions. For a requirement the planner cannot settle, contact us. Do not enter passport, payment or medical details into the conversation.

The planner calculates a price for the proposed services and the selections supplied. Review the latest total when you move to booking, especially after changing dates, travellers, hotels or extras.

A saved proposal does not reserve availability or lock a rate indefinitely. The booking summary and accepted confirmation are the reference for what you purchase and how it is paid.

Signed-in users can find saved designs through their account. Guest designs are temporary, so do not rely on an old browser tab as a permanent record of a trip idea.

Reopen the design and review the current details before booking. A saved plan is different from a reservation, and its availability or price may need to be refreshed.

Review each tour’s dates, travellers, pickup point and options individually. Then check the combined payment summary and later instalments before checkout.

Look for gaps or overlaps between services. The cart groups purchases, but it does not automatically add an airport transfer, extra hotel night or connection between separate packages. Ask us to check those links before payment.

An account brings your available booking information, saved details and trip designs together. It can make returning to a plan or finding documents easier.

Guest checkout is available, so an account is not required simply to reserve a tour. Whichever you choose, use an email address you can access and keep the confirmation and travel documents safely.

Visit our balloon flight status page and check the date, update time and area shown. A historic result or forecast is different from the final decision for your booked flight.

Use the operator’s direct message for pickup and operational instructions. The website helps you follow the situation, but does not itself confirm that your individual flight will depart.

Use the Turkey tour deals page to see the offers displayed on the site. Select your actual dates and party to check the applicable total.

Compare inclusions and cancellation terms as well as price. An offer may have specific conditions, but the word “discounted” does not by itself remove mandatory consumer rights.
